Description

In the 19th century the Cieśle estate was in German hands; after Poland regained independence it passed to the Chłapowski family – Tadeusz, and around 1939 his son Zygmunt. It was for them that the present two-storey manor was built in 1930–1934, with a shallow pediment-topped projection and a masonry porch, in the interwar "manor-house" idiom. The complex also keeps an older annexe from the mid-19th century (separately listed, no. 2631/A) and a landscape park of about 3.5 hectares with protected trees. The manor stands deep in the park, on private land; view it from the village road.
